Gooseberry Planet launches New 'Corporate Employee' Initiative For Online Safety

According to The Social Age Study by Knowthenet.org.uk.  Approximately 59% of children have already used a social network by the time they are 10.  Facebook has most users under the age of 13, 52% of 8-16 years admit they ignore Facebook’s age restriction
In a ChildLine survey of 13-18 year olds:

  • 60% said they had been asked for a sexual image or video of themselves
  • 40% said they had created an image or video of themselves
  • 25% said they had sent an image or video of themselves to someone else.

So, as parents, aunts, uncles and grandparents, what can we do to help our children understand the potential dangers and challenges online?
Gooseberry Planet are delighted to announce the launch of our ‘Corporate Employee’ Initiative where we are encouraging HR departments to make our ‘Gooseberry Play’ suite of apps available to their workforces so your company can extend its sphere of care & influence to each individual family.
