Yes, you can.  We understand that some schools prefer to purchase offline or via BACS or they may require an invoice and order number before proceeding.  Simply click the purple “Purchase Licences Offline” button at the top of this page to access the downloadable PDF order form and send the completed form to us.  You can still take advantage of our discounts and voucher codes in an offline purchase. Please ensure that the form is signed either electronically or personally by an authorised signatory.  We will shortly issue an invoice (usually within 72 hours) which will be payable within 15 days.  If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us on our customer service contact details.

If you subscribe online we will send you an email, usually within 72 hours  with instructions on how to enable your system account.  In order to receive this, you will need to ensure that your system will accept emails from support@gooseberryplanet.com.  If you are not sure, please check with your IT department.  We provide instructions explaining how to get set up on our system, how to upload teachers and pupils, set up classes, passwords etc.  Detailed instructions are also available on the platform and we are available to help via customer services if you have any issues.

If you are subscribing after having taken advantage of our free trial, your existing trial data (names, classes, results, permissions) will be retained unless you ask us to clear them.  You can also delete the data yourself.  You will also receive an email with instructions on how to use the full system features.

You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of agreeing to subscribe provided that you have not started to use the products.  To cancel, please write to or email us with your request to cancel within the cancellation period and we will arrange to refund your subscription within 28 days following receipt of your notice.  Your right to cancel will be lost if you download or stream any of the licensed content within the 14 day cancellation period.

Yes!  Just fill in the Offline Order Form and send it to us with details of the discount or voucher code that applies.  We will check the order and pricing on receipt.

Yes!  If you already have one of our products and would like to add another, please get in touch with us directly for an individual quote or a discount code.

We include a bonus 5 free licences in all Gooseberry Games sales so that you have some flexibility about the number of pupils in your school.  You can also use these to create additional student access to be used by teachers on the platform.  You can purchase extra licences for Gooseberry Play, Guru or CPD during the term of your licence by contacting us directly.

Extra licences will incur an additional charge.  You can add extra licences at any time during the term of your contract by contacting us directly on our customer service number.  You can also transfer licences from one pupil to another, without charge, if a pupil leaves and a new student joins your school.  You can reduce the number of licences if necessary, at the time of contract renewal. 

Your licence is valid for 12 months, unless we have specifically agreed a different term with you.  It will renew automatically unless you give us notice of your wish to cancel it at least 30 days before the end of the term.  We will send you a written reminder of this before the renewal date.

Our content is protected by copyright.  If you cancel, you will lose all access to the Gooseberry Planet resources at the end of the term of your licence and you must cease using and delete any of our content which you have downloaded and confirm to us that you have done so.
